Small Business Payroll Application Trial is a user-friendly payroll processing and reporting application designed specifically for and complies with generally accepted guidelines and regulations of the Federation of St Kitts – Nevis. This application is targeted at businesses that simply need a basic payroll and reporting structure. There is an associated COMPREHENSIVE PAYROLL PLUS application for those who want extensive features and reporting capabilities.
While this application fulfils the basic needs of payroll processing and reporting, the features are by no means comprehensive.

Application Structure
The application is Microsoft Access and Excel based. The processing is done in the Excel portion of the application while the logon and reporting is controlled in Access. There are two levels of users, administrators and operators defined in the application. Some processes are limited to administrators while others are assigned to operators. Administrators have non-return access to the operators’ menu. All operator functions are available to administrator via the non-return mechanism described in the foregoing sentence while administrator functions are not available to operator level users.
