Trotman’s Accounting Services provide Payroll Processing Service using Comprehensive Payroll Plus application for those businesses that opt to outsource their payroll process. The same advance features available when using the software, including, but not limited to; Garnishing balance tracking, email report distribution and detailed pay slip reports are available to you via the service.
You provide the source data in the prescribed format and by the agreed date, we perform the payroll processing for you and return accurate timely reports according to our mandate.
Should you subsequently choose to maintain your own records using Comprehensive Payroll Plus application, we will accommodate the transition process by providing the available data files.
Please note that to maintain proper historical records, the service must be continuous and not ad hoc.
